Grammy Nods – Best Rap Album 2013

In honor of the Legendary Roots Crew’s Undun being nominated for the 55th Grammy’s Best Rap Album, here are Make My and Kool On from Undun.

 

They’re goin up against albums from Drake, Lupe Fiasco, Nas, Rick Ross, & 2 Chainz. 

I think Nas’ Life is Good or The Roots’ Undun should win. Undun might be a sleeper pick as a concept album that tells a story in reverse. I’m hopin the award goes to either The Roots or Nas, but I also might be equally hoping that it just doesn’t go to 2 Chainz. That would be a travesty.

Roots throwback for good measure.
